15.45 Meeting with our English. Speaking assistant in near the baker’s shop
16.00 A group of highly skilled bakers from Pistoia will teach you the secrets of cooking, kneading, rising and baking some products of the Tuscany gastronomic tradition (bread, focaccia, pappa with tomato, cakes, desserts and dry pastry).
At the end of each class you can taste the products you cooked during the lesson.
21.00 End of the activity
