Is the brainchild of brothers Mati transmitting in concrete way their great passion for cooking and for the Tuscan territory. Together they made this project and chose this name (TUSCANY-Tuscany Exhibition FAIR) to offer a fair, through a return to the flavors of yesteryear. There is a traditional and simple menu consisting of carefully selected raw materials from their business or production farms of the Tuscan territory, strictly selected.
