Tourist Consortium City of Pistoia

The  Consorzio Turistico Città di Pistoia , which currently groups together 40 companies located throughout the Pistoia area - including tourist-accommodation facilities and commercial activities - was founded in 2000 to promote, publicize and enhance the tourist district of Pistoia, Montalbano and the Pistoia hills and the companies that operate there. 
The Consorzio Turistico Città di Pistoia's mission is the synergy and coordination of the consortium members, the promotion of tourism for the areas in which the consortium members operate , the implementation from a qualitative and professional point of view of the local tourist offer .

The Consorzio Turistico Città di Pistoia aims in particular to increase the number of tourists in the hotels and non-hotel establishments of the consortium through every form of promotion implemented, both through marketing actions of tourist packages and through agreements with organizations and bodies, also offering, where necessary, subsidiary guarantees and establishing guarantee funds.

The Consortium participates in national and international tourism exchanges and fairs , organizes promotional missions and  events, Blog Tours and Educational Tours aimed at tour operators, journalists and tourism operators.
