Baker for a day

15:45 Meeting with the guide near the premises of the Bakery-Restaurant, in the center of Pistoia, where the “Baker for a day” baking lesson will be held.
16:00 A group of highly qualified bakers from Pistoia will teach you how to cook, knead, leaven and bake some typical products of the Tuscan gastronomic tradition: bread, “schiacciata”, “necci”, sweets, cantucci and dry pastries. Followed by dinner with Tuscan schiacciata accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses and drinks included (1 glass of red or white wine + ½ mineral water per person).
