Guided tour of Pistoia Sotterranea, a fascinating and mysterious journey with more than 2,000 years of history.
Afternoon: Wine tasting at a local winery.

Day 3
Morning: Baker for a Day… become a Baker for a day!! Learn all the secrets of the delicious Tuscan bread and prepare schiacciata and typical sweets of the area with your own hands…
Afternoon: Free time. Free dinner.
Day 4
Full day dedicated to wild herbs: collect and taste them!
Guided tour in the countryside to discover wild herbs. Packed lunch among the olive groves with local products.
You will learn the peculiarities of each herb and how they are used in traditional Tuscan cuisine.
At the end of the day, afternoon snack based on herbs (salad, omelette, refreshing drinks).
